Hans J. Huebner and Gisela Huebner, his daughter, were arrested in Prince George's County, Maryland, on 18 January 1984. The criminal causes filed against them have yet to be tried on the merits. The delay has no speedy trial implications, constitutional or statutory. The intervening time was spent in attempts to determine whether the District Court of Maryland sitting in Prince George's County or the Circuit Court...
