The appellees Bryant and Ella Meadows, residents of Ohio, were injured when they were involved in an automobile accident with an Arkansas driver in Clay County, Arkansas. The Meadowses were employed by the appellee Bendix Corporation, an Indiana corporation, and they collected worker's compensation benefits from Bendix Corporation pursuant to Indiana law.
