GRADY, Chief Judge.

Debtor Martin P. Sadnick ("Sadnick") appeals the order of the bankruptcy court validating the mortgage lien on his residence held by First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Bureau County, Illinois ("First Federal"). First Federal has also requested attorney's fees pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11.
