The Plaintiff, Robin Adams, has filed suit seeking review of a final decision by the Secretary of the United States Department of Health and Human Services finding that she had received an overpayment of child's benefits to her daughter, Melissa Hibser, in the amount of $2,223.60 and denying waiver of that amount. The benefits had been paid pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 402(d), 405, 416, and 1302. Judicial review is permitted...
