OPINION

KENNEDY, Justice.

A jury found appellant guilty of aggravated sexual assault and assessed punishment at thirty years in the Texas Department of Corrections and a fine of $10,000.00.

In his first ground of error, appellant contends that the trial court erred when it overruled a motion for continuance. In determining whether a trial court erred in overruling a motion for continuance, the appellate court examines the record of the proceedings...
