This is a worker's compensation appeal by the plaintiff, Cynthia Ann Cormier, from a judgment of the trial court holding that she had failed to prove disability beyond May 11, 1984, and dismissing her claim for penalties and attorney's fees. We affirm the finding that the disability had ceased, but we reverse the denial of an award of penalties and attorney's fees.
