In this suit Troy Touchet seeks damages for personal injuries sustained by him as a result of an intersectional collision between a pick-up truck owned by Randall Champagne but driven by Mrs. Maudry Champagne (sometimes referred to as Marjorie Champagne) and a car driven by Troy Touchet. Mrs. Champagne was the sole occupant of the pick-up truck. There were three guest passengers in the Touchet vehicle, Glenn Touchet, Ambrose Johnson and Howard Edmond...
