General Electric appeals from the district court's1 order which granted summary judgment on behalf of the United States and dismissed General Electric's complaint with prejudice on the grounds that General Electric's administrative claim for contribution had not been filed within the period prescribed by the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2401(b). We affirm.
