Greg Sacks filed suit against Dallas Gold & Silver Exchange, Inc. (DGSE) and G. Michael Oyster, seeking enforcement of an agreement to pay accrued compensation allegedly due to him at the time his DGSE employment ended. The jury found that DGSE breached its agreement to pay Sacks and that DGSE forced Sacks to resign due to his refusal to carry out a fraudulent rent reduction scheme. The trial court, however, sustained DGSE's motion for judgment...
