Plaintiff brings this action under the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 405(g) and 1383(c)(3), to review a decision made by the Secretary of Health and Human Services denying plaintiff's claims for disability insurance benefits and Supplemental Security Income benefits.
