Defendant appeals from his conviction of second degree felony murder. We affirm.

The relevant facts are as follows. On January 8, 1983, the Pine Lawn police, with assistance from officers of neighboring municipalities, executed a search warrant for a Pine Lawn residence owned by appellant.
