The stipulated facts of the case are as follows. On August 15, 1981, David M. Anderson suffered numerous injuries in a collision with an uninsured driver while he was driving a Volkswagen automobile owned by his wife. Anderson's wife's insurer, Grange Insurance, paid Anderson its policy limits of $25,000 in underinsured motorist benefits and $10,000 each for medical expenses and for lost wages. At the time of the accident, Anderson owned a BMW automobile...
