SINGLETON, Judge.

Peggy Ewell pled nolo contendere and was convicted of one count of theft by taking in the second degree, a class C felony. AS 11.46.130(a)(1). On February 1, 1983, Judge Victor D. Carlson entered judgment suspending imposition of sentence for four years.
