Frederick Brown was convicted of manslaughter, and as a multiple offender, sentenced to 42 years at hard labor. This Court conditionally affirmed his conviction, and pursuant to Brady v. Maryland, 373 U.S. 83, 83 S.Ct. 1194, 10 L.Ed.2d 215 (1963), remanded the case for an in camera inspection of alleged material inconsistencies and exculpatory information in the police reports and statements made to the police...
