OPINION

FENDER, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction for capital murder. See TEX. PENAL CODE ANN. sec. 19.03(a)(3) (Vernon 1974). The jury found appellant guilty and assessed punishment at life imprisonment.

We affirm.
