Appellant was charged with two counts of criminal sexual conduct in the first degree in violation of Minn.Stat. § 609.342, subds. (c) and (d) (1981), one count of aggravated robbery in violation of Minn.Stat. § 609.245 (1981), and one count of kidnapping in violation of Minn.Stat. § 609.25, subds. 1(2), 2(2).
