Plaintiff, Austin Thomas, appeals as of right from a January 22, 1985, circuit court opinion and order granting defendants' motion for accelerated or summary judgment on plaintiff's claim of employment discrimination brought under the Michigan Civil Rights Act, MCL 37.2101 et seq.; MSA 3.548(101) et seq.
