BUTTS, Justice.

This is a trespass to try title action. The parties are nonresident land owners of adjacent acreage located in rough terrain in Real County. The Guthrie Trust and Huebner Trust (appellees) brought suit against the Holdsworths (appellants) and others to establish their ownership of land within their survey line, but beyond their fence line. In defending, the Holdsworths claimed the land on their side of the fenceline by adverse possession...
