NEWMAN, Judge.
Plaintiffs commenced a fraud action against defendants on March 17, 1983. The action arose out of their purchase of an interest in an apartment building from a third party. The court granted defendants' motion for summary judgment on the ground that the two year Statute of Limitations had run and dismissed plaintiffs' complaint with prejudice. Plaintiffs appeal. ORS 12.110(1). We reverse.
