This appeal involves a dispute over a group of mining claims in Bachelor Creek. June Baird (Baird) filed suit against Tom Cornwall, asserting that she owns a 25% interest in the claims, requesting an accounting of the costs and income relating to the mining activities on the properties, and requesting her share of the proceeds.
