Roy C. Bright, Jr., the appellant, Glen E. Hammett, and John Marcel Olive were jointly indicted for theft of property in the first degree and criminal conspiracy in the second degree. All three defendants were tried together. Bright was convicted of conspiracy, sentenced to two years' imprisonment, and granted probation. Restitution was ordered in the amount of $15,343.
