PIVARNIK, Justice.
Defendants-Appellants Shackelford, Johnson, and Miller all were found guilty by a jury in the Lake Superior Court of the crime of murder. Superior Court. The trial judge subsequently sentenced Appellant Johnson to forty-four (44) years; Appellant Miller to forty (40) years; and Appellant Shackelford to forty-two (42) years.
