PER CURIAM.

This is a class action against the City of Detroit in which all that remains to be determined is the proper distribution of funds remaining in a judgment escrow account. On January 21, 1985, the trial court ordered that the funds be made payable to defendant City of Detroit on the theory that the city was the last "owner" of the money contained in escrow. The Attorney General of Michigan appeals as of right claiming that the remaining funds should escheat...
