AMDAHL, Chief Justice.

American Family Mutual Insurance Company obtained further review of an order of the Court of Appeals dismissing its appeal. We reverse and remand to the Court of Appeals for consideration of the appeal on the merits.

The record reflects that judgment in this declaratory judgment action was originally entered on August 8, 1984, as to all matters, but reserving for later order the actual monetary award of attorney fees...
