Judgment affirmed.

The defendant was found guilty of fatally shooting Arthur Zampino with a sawed-off shotgun on the evening of June 22, 1983, in the Rockaway section of Queens. The incident happened in the presence of several members of the deceased's family. Eyewitness Richard Pagan positively identified the defendant as the man who shot Arthur Zampino.
