These appeals require us to decide whether the district court appropriately awarded summary judgment in favor of the Mutual Fire, Marine and Inland Insurance Company (Mutual Fire), finding that the insurance policy issued by Mutual Fire did not cover liability incurred by Gerald Costa and the Ranger IV Corporation. We must also decide whether, in a third-party action between Costa and the Inland Brokerage Corporation (Inland), the district court...
