On September 11, 1984, defendant was convicted by a jury of inciting another to commit arson, MCL 750.157b; MSA 28.354(2), and of burning insured property, MCL 750.75; MSA 28.270. She was sentenced to five years' probation, with the first six months to be served in the county jail, and ordered to pay a $200 fine and $1,000 in court cost. She appeals from both convictions.
