Beverly Ann Paul was charged and pleaded guilty to two counts of embezzling funds from her employer, the Auburndale State Bank. She appeals to this court from the district court's modification of her sentence, a modification that transpired after Mrs. Paul had moved the district court to correct her sentence pursuant to Rule 35(a) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure.
