We granted certiorari to review the court of appeals decision in Union Insurance Co. v. Connelly, 694 P.2d 354 (Colo.App.1984), which affirmed a trial court determination that the accidental discharge of a rifle did not arise from the use of the insured's vehicle for purposes of coverage under an automobile insurance policy.
