Anderson (formerly Donna H. Tibbetts), in her capacity as a real estate agent, had made a substantial misrepresentation to Gille Ouellette in violation of 32 M.R.S.A. § 4056(3)(A)(19) (1978), and that her conduct also demonstrated bad faith, incompetency and improper...
