Keith Webb appeals his conviction of one count of murder in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1111 and two counts of injury to a child in violation of Texas Penal Code § 22.04(a), made applicable through 18 U.S.C. § 13 (the Assimilative Crimes Act). He was sentenced to life imprisonment and two terms of thirty years imprisonment, respectively, with the thirty year terms to be served concurrently...
