DRAUGHN, Justice.

Appellant was arrested and charged with violating the terms of his probation for the offense of indecency with a child by contact. The Petition for Revocation of Probation alleged that appellant had committed two offenses of assault by offensive contact. Appellant pleaded "not true" to the allegations, but was found guilty by the trial court. The court revoked his probation and sentenced him to four years confinement in the Texas...
