Plaintiff, Peggy B. Blanchard, and defendant, Robert R. Blanchard, were married on June 11, 1960, in Port Allen, Louisiana. They established their domicile in West Baton Rouge Parish where they resided until plaintiff moved to East Baton Rouge Parish on April 28, 1984.
