COHEN, Justice.

A jury found appellant guilty of robbery. Appellant pled true to one prior felony conviction, and the court assessed his punishment at 35 years confinement. Appellant contends that the evidence was insufficient, because there was no showing that the complainant was known by the name alleged in the indictment, and the complainant's name as proved at trial was not idem sonans with the name alleged in the indictment.
