Plaintiffs obtained a jury verdict in their favor for damages arising out of an alleged instance of police brutality. Defendants appeal as of right.

The defendant police officers testified that they raided Ricky's Restaurant, which was owned by plaintiffs, based on information that two men were dealing drugs there. As they approached the restaurant, a crowd dispersed and two individuals ran inside...
