By their motion the debtors seek to avoid a mortgage on their cottage home under section 506(d) of the Bankruptcy Code. The cottage is located on leased land adjacent to the Rock River north of Janesville. In 1976 the debtors contracted to purchase the cottage and entered into a five-year lease for the land.
