Plaintiff had challenged the validity of defendant City of Ann Arbor's zoning ordinances under which defendants Sorosis Limited Partnership and Sorosis Club of Michigan formulated plans to enlarge a home in Ann Arbor and to convert it to group home use as a sorority.
