Lawrence S. Iorizzo appeals from various convictions by two juries before Judge Altimari in the Eastern District of New York. Iorizzo was charged in a sixteen count indictment with mail and wire fraud, 18 U.S.C. §§ 1341, 1343 (1982), as well as with the interstate transportation of stolen property, 18 U.S.C. § 2314 (1982). These charges arose out of his activities as president and principal owner of Vantage Petroleum Corporation...
