The trial court granted summary judgment in favor of respondents Forsyth Insurance Services (Forsyth) and David Martinson and determined that appellant, Iowa Kemper Insurance Company (Iowa Kemper), had a duty to defend Martinson. On appeal, Iowa Kemper argues: (1) that the trial court erred in finding there are no issues of material fact; (2) that the trial court erred in concluding Martinson was entitled to a ten day notice of cancellation...
