Appellant, Robinson Electric Supply Company, brings this appeal to challenge the trial court's denial of a motion for new trial on the basis of alleged jury misconduct. Appellant claims through three points of error that the trial court erred: 1) in denying appellant a new trial for reason of jury misconduct; 2) in ruling that the matter of jury misconduct raised by appellant's motion for new trial did not entitle appellant to elicit...
