The defendant, Felix Cobbs, was convicted, after a trial to a three judge court, of felony murder in violation of General Statutes § 53a-54c.1 In his appeal, the defendant has challenged the sufficiency of the evidence against him, the effectiveness of his legal representation at trial, and the failure of the state to disclose potentially exculpatory information.
