Appellant, Bi-State Energy, Inc., appeals from an order of the Washington County Circuit Court registering appellee's foreign judgment. We find merit to appellant's argument that the trial court erred in determining appellant was afforded due process by service of process upon the Texas Secretary of State and reverse.
