YOUNG, District Judge.

The plaintiff, Dorothy Piligian ("Piligian"), brought this suit against the United States for injuries she allegedly sustained at the Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia. In her one count negligence complaint Piligian alleges that the United States failed to provide reasonably safe folding chairs, and that as a result the chair on which she sat collapsed and caused her injury.
