Respondents appeal as of right from Mason Probate Court orders terminating their parental rights to their seven children.1 The seven appeals have been consolidated for review by this Court. Respondents raise thirteen issues, three of which are dispositive. We hold that the probate court erred in assuming jurisdiction over Donald, Matthew, Travis, Dena, Victoria and Samantha Youmans...
