PER CURIAM.

Defendant Ray Eurich appeals as of right from an order of summary judgment by the Saginaw County Circuit Court declaring that plaintiff, Frankenmuth Mutual Insurance Company, Inc., had no duty to defend defendant or provide him coverage for damages arising out of a fire. Prior to entry of the order, the trial judge issued a three-page opinion, setting forth the basis of his decision.
