The appellant, Bobby Lynn Ross, was convicted in the District Court of Roger Mills County, Case No. CRF-83-27, after a change of venue had been granted from Beckham County, Case No. CRF-83-2, of Murder in the First Degree, and Robbery with a Firearm, for which he received sentences of death, and ninety years' imprisonment, respectively.
