Appellant filed a claim for workers' compensation benefits after she injured her back in an on-the-job accident. Following a hearing on the claim, the administrative law judge (ALJ) made an award to appellant of weekly income benefits for total disability, medical expenses, and attorney fees. Appellees, who are the employer and insurer, sought a de novo review by the Full Board. The Full Board adopted the findings and conclusions of the ALJ as its own...
