Old Port Cove Property Owners Association (POA) appeals a final judgment holding that the developer, Ecclestone, did not breach his fiduciary duty to POA when he sold the development's entire road system to POA but retained for himself a rent-free easement in the road system to allow access to the commercial areas. Also, POA appeals the trial court's award of attorney's fees to Ecclestone. We affirm the trial court's holding that Ecclestone did not breach...
