The appellant Samuel Greer and the temporary receiver William Hubert Greer are brothers who each own 50% of the shares of the subject corporations. After apparently operating a Toyota dealership amicably for many years, the brothers, over the last several years, have been unable to agree on how the business should be run. This dissension, as testified to by employees and the brothers themselves...
