Respondent Mary Eames Lawless (hereafter respondent), a member of the Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians, appeals as of right from a February 26, 1985, probate court order terminating parental rights with regard to her daughter, Lena Clelia Kreft.
